Meet the Board
When Gregor and his wife Renate started to think about downsizing they decided to stay in this area where they have lived for 24 years. They first heard about Headley in 2012 when a friend moved here. After a visit to that friend in 2013, they saw a for sale sign that had not been there before. The next day they inquired about the house and ultimately bought it. At the end of August they moved in and enjoy the quiet setting. When the letter about the November meeting came and volunteers for the Board were asked to come forward Gregor thought it might be a good way to get to know the neighbors and be involved in the community. Since college graduation, he has worked in information technology and has held different management positions over the past 25 years. He currently works in Bristol and enjoys the short commute.
My wife Rosemary and I have lived in Headley for 12 years. We were impressed by how beautiful the landscaping was and the how the community looked different from other townhome communities. I still think that today, maybe even more so. I have always focused on maintaining the beauty of our community as a past member of the Executive Board. I want to continue that goal again as I rejoin the Board. We have a changing demographic in Headley now; we’re getting younger and there are many more children living here now compared to when we first arrived. As a Board, we have to be cognizant of this as we plan for the future. Community events are important for keeping harmony within us. I would like to see all the remaining buildings that were not painted with our new colors be upgraded, especially as new homeowners buy into to Headley.
Mark and his wife Maria moved into Headley in March of 2016. While being long time residents of the Bucks County area, they were looking for a home that was closer to I-95 as well as shortening their commute to work in Princeton. They found the perfect spot at Headley. Mark has served in many capacities on HOA boards over the past 20 years and joined Headley’s board to be more involved in the Community that he lives in. Mark is also a Volunteer Firefighter with two local Fire Companies, serving these communities for over 30 years as a Firefighter, Station Engineer and Trustee.
Margaret Trejo has been a Headley homeowner for eight years, after moving across the Delaware from New Jersey with her husband, Dante Mazzocco.
Now retired from a successful, 30-year career in book publishing and graphic design services, Margaret is an enthusiastic member of a community she values for its natural appeal and amenities.
When she is not engrossed in a good book, or focused on a knitting project for friends and charity, you’ll find Margaret at the mahjongg table or playing with her two Portuguese water dogs

Kathy and I have lived at Headley since October 1998. We enjoy the park-like atmosphere and many of the activities planned by the recreation committee. Previously I served on the board for 6 years, 2 years as board president. Currently I work at the University of Pennsylvania managing a regional high-speed network supporting research and education. I grew up at George School and have spent most of my life in Bucks county except for brief periods in Maine, Ireland and Washington, DC and Philadelphia. I look forward to working with my fellow board members and residents to keep Headley as the kind of place we are all proud to live.
Christie and her husband Jim and their 3 daughters moved to Headley in 2016. The Routh family has loved living in community and can be frequently seen enjoying the pool or a family walk. Christie looks forward to making an effort to give back in a meaningful way to the community that she and her family love so much.
